Ordering/Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card transactions will be processed through PayPal. We do NOT view nor store your credit information. Please review PayPal privacy policy. Cancelation of Orders Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. However, we will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. Return Policy Custom orders, including fabric by the yard, cannot be returned. For all other returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for exchange, or store credit only (minus original shipping and handling charges), as long as goods are in original, unused condition and are accompanied by the receipt. Email us at return@flowiestyle.com with the reason for your return, and we will send you a return authorization number and the address to send your returned order. The return authorization number must be written on your box. Items must be shipped in original packaging and be insured for the full value of the item. Shipping costs for returns or exchange are the responsibility of the sender unless due to an error on the part of Flowie. COD shipments will not be accepted. Package must be traceable and must require a signature upon delivery, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Taxes Flowie is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. This tax is calculated and itemized at the time of checkout and reflected in your final purchase total.  No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.  There will be no sales tax added to international orders.  However, international customers are responsible for their own local sales tax or duties. Color Accuracy We make every effort to ensure that the colors of our products are represented as accurate as possible on our website.  However, due to variations in monitors, there may be slight differences in colors.
